You can book one hot tub for your group (up to six people) and prices are per person. You can find our prices here.

We are open every day from 9am to 10pm, rain or shine. We are closed Christmas Eve from 4pm and Christmas Day.
Children over 5 years old are welcome in our hot tubs. Children under 5 years are not allowed in our hot tubs due to health and safety reasons. However, they are welcome enjoy our Shinny Dip foot hot tubs and giant lawn games with their families.
Please bring your swimwear and towel. Alternatively, you can hire these from reception for $5 each.
You book your own hot tub on the forest edge to share with your family and friends. These outdoor hot tubs are secluded but not private – meaning you can catch a glimpse of the other hot tubs while relaxing in your own. Hot tubs are spaced 8-10 meters apart with native ferns and trees between them, giving you your own idyllic space.
Definitely! You can purchase Good George craft beer and cider, Mills Reef wine, manuka-roasted coffee, organic loose-leaf tea, and a range of premium sodas to enjoy in your cedar hot tub. And the best part? We have tub-side drinks service – your drinks are delivered directly to your hot tub at the push of a button!
You will enjoy a relaxing 45-minute soak in your own outdoor hot tub. We’ve found 45 minutes to be the perfect amount of time, giving you enough time to unwind without getting too hot.

If you’re thinking of visiting us during the evening or on the weekend, we would highly recommend making a booking to avoid missing out.

We do not recommend pregnant guests soak in our hot tubs, as they sit at around 39.9 degrees celsius. Read more about the safety of hot tubbing while pregnant here.  

We have a great café serving up artisan bakery goods, sausage rolls, pies, salads, muffins, scones, and sandwiches. If you’re after something hot, you can enjoy a variety of tasty street food – including smash burgers, fries, and chicken satay – from our café & bar.
You cannot eat in our hot tubs, however you can enjoy a meal after your soak in our complimentary Shinny Dip foot hot tubs! You can also cozy up beside a campfire or relax in our BaseCamp luxe safari tent.
Absolutely! We have two types of gift vouchers available for purchase: an open cash voucher and a hot tub voucher, allowing you to choose the perfect gift every time. You can purchase a gift voucher here.

Yes, our local’s price is $29pp. Please provide your proof of address in Rotorua or surrounding areas. To book a local’s hot tub or enquire about your address, please call us.

No, the water in our hot tubs is fresh, sourced from a crystal-clear aquifer spring high in the forest. It is treated with Enviroswim technology, meaning that our water is gentle on your skin and the environment.
Yes, we love welcoming dogs to Secret Spot Hot Tubs and have water bowls and treats available. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times and don’t allow them into the hot tubs.

To access our hot tubs, guests must cross a small swing bridge, climb three steps up to the hot tub, and be able to swing their leg over the side. For those who have restricted mobility, please call us on 073484442.

Hot tubs run on a 45-minute schedule. When you book, you will be allocated a hot tub. Hot tubs run at approx. 39.9 degrees Celsius and this temperature cannot be changed.
