Terms and Conditions

  • Our hot-tubbing hours are from 9am to 10pm every day (we may be open longer for major night events held in the Waipa Valley). Last soak session starts at 9pm each night.
  • Hot tubs are booked for a 45-minute soak time, starting on the hour or on every quarter hour. Patrons are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time to allow time to shower and change into swimwear.
  • No more than 6 people per tub will be booked by us.
  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before your reservation but cancellation requires 12 hours’ notice.
  • Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Families can have one free (non-paying) child (5-14 years) per tub.
  • Frequent users – individuals that visit us for a hot tub soak on 5 separate occasions will receive their next hot tub soak for free.
  • Only one promotional discount per purchase.
  • Any health conditions which may be affected by heat must be disclosed to Secret Spot staff before entering the hot tubs.
  • Secret Spot retains the right to remove any disruptive patrons.
  • Patrons are required to exit the hot tubs after 45 minutes (full-time will be automatically signalled).
  • Only one group per hot tub (we will not mix up unrelated groups).
  • Patrons must stay on the boardwalks at all times.
  • Alcohol, food and drink may not be bought onto the premises.
  • Secret Spot is a non-smoking facility.
  • Secret Spot is a licensed premise and operates according to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
